Technical Support Consultant/Apprentice

Document Dynamix is a young fast growing company focused on selling, integrating and implementing integrated document management and business process management software solutions.

The role will be based around providing, technical administration and support around the company's product portfolio to its clients, coordinating and planning with others in the professional services department, project management, administration and reporting. Responsibilities will include assisting with the direct system support (helpdesk) and maintenance of clients systems remotely and progressing to providing pre and post sales support, system configuration, planning and design at clients sites.

You will also progress to implementing the company portfolio of solutions direct at the client s sites, as well as providing clients with end user and technical administrator training based around the companies product portfolio of software solutions. Knowledge of the following would be advantageous: Microsoft Windows infrastructure, Windows Server technology, the network services infrastructure the corporate databases (SQL/MYSQL), Active Directory, Web Services and Internet technologies.

Basic experience in VB, VB.NET, SQL Server, XML would be an advantage although not mandatory. You will be required to travel to client s sites eventually and must hold a driving license. You must be technically adapt and willing to learn, trustworthy and above all honest and reliable. The role will be based at our office in Wellingborough.

To apply, you should have or GCSE (or equivalent) A to C in Maths and English and two other subjects. Those who already possess technical or vocational qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
